Veteran broadcaster, and Primetime Africa boss Dayo Adeneye was inaugurated into the cabinet of the Ogun state governor, Governor Ibikunle Amosun on October 29.
Dayo Adeneye is now the Commissioner for Information and Strategy.
At his inauguration, Primetime Africa and Kennis music bossKenny Ogungbe who has been Dayo Adeneye’s partner and friend for over twenty years was missing.
THE NET reached out to the media boss and he explained why he couldn’t make it to his friend’s big day. “I was away in Abuja and I couldn’t make it down to Ogun State” said Kenny Ogungbe.

Concerning their radio and TV show Primetime Africa which they have hosted for years, Kenny Ogungbe said the show will still stay the same way despite Dayo Adeneye’s political appointment.
“Primetime Africa is Africa is primetime Africa, it’s a total entity. It’s going to stay the same way it is” he said. “Well, what can I say; we are definitely going to miss him for the period he’ll be working for our state. We are going to hold forth while he’s gone so I say to him congratulations to him once again” he further
