In 2008 after graduation from school he formed a band called
GOLD MUSIC which he used to bring succor to several talented young people in
the streets of the NIGER DELTA in Nigeria as he partnered with many NGO's to
sponsor young talented Youths to Malaysia for talent development.
In 2009 he was made a project supervisor in Rofec Engineering Limited where he
established some of his potentials in Qualitative company representation/good
client relationship, proper site management skills, arranging and mapping out
desired position for equipment’s, Mustard point, introduced good transport
management system in haul aging of products/ conveying and delivering equipment’s to site.
Enhanced project procurement project defense and management
to a diverse range of functional business requirement, thus giving room for new
innovations.
Because of the burning fire in youth activities and his
music ministry which had always caused a drift in his engineering career, he
had to balance the equation
In 2013 Established Phil Roberts & The Sound Signatures
in which he used as his Youth platform to help and empower the youths of
Nigeria as He has also organized several free music seminars, youth
empowerment projects and workshops for young people in Port Harcourt, Delta,
Abuja and Lokoja where he transformed the lives of young people.
In 2014 he was given a contract to Manage Montage Africa A
south African Multimedia Company based in Nigeria where he is currently working
as the General Manager of the firm as his experience in management has also
played a vital role in making him a bundle of talents. As he is also the brain
behind The prestigious Abuja Event Company
a highly professional event company having a good command on all aspects
of planning and executing of events till its production stage. His
professionalism has earned him a place in the circle of ‘A’- class celebrity
event management in Nigeria.
He has served as a music director in Christ Embassy Gwarinpa
Branch Abuja, Living Faith church, Kingdom ways Abuja Etc. and presently the
Head of Music in KICC in Abuja Nigeria and the C.E.O of Phil Roberts & Da Sound Signatures.
Notably, he has worked with several talent hunt and
exhibition projects/shows as Judges and music director/instructor here in
Nigeria.
He positions the music ministry as an avenue for young
people to grow their talents and also fend for themselves.
He consults as the Business Development consultant of the
Child Education and Crime Education, worked as The Chief Operating Officer of
Web media films limited for professional cinematographers

And the Director of Project Know thyself Intl (A UK based
NGO)
The National Coordinator of The New Nigeria Agenda CSO and
has also developed some major Projects for The INTERNALLY DISPLACED PEOPLE
(IDP) in Nigeria as part of community projects,

Destructive Testing Engineers.
In service to humanity and passion for the emancipation of
the Nigerian Youths Phil Roberts was
recently initiated as one of the very few Nigerians to join the prestigious
Young Parliamentarians Forum to be part of those that will observe the
credibility of The House.

Roberts became a FELLOW OF THE INSTITUTE OFF FRAUD EXAMINERS in Nigeria as he
is currently leading a team in the Fight Against CORRUPTION in NIGERIA in the
36states of the nation endorsed by the department
of state security, the NIGERIAN
police and the Economic and
financial crimes commission in Nigeria as the organization is called ASSOCIATION of youths of Nigeria AGAINST
CORRUPTION.

Phil Roberts is the Gospel Rock ambassador, Won several
awards of Excellence and also was the first President of Abuja Gospel Artiste
Forum.
As a professional in the entertainment industry he has

In his ambition to strengthen young people, he has organized

Phil Roberts is a degree holder in Mechanical Engineering
and also a professional member of the American Society for Non-Destructive
testing engineers (ASNT). He holds a certificate in the Leadership Development
study center and also a member of society of mechanical engineers (SOMES).
In his quest to fight against the evil deeds of the society
he joined Amnesty International to fight injustice and also fight for the
rights of Nigerians who have being wrongfully accused.
He also prides himself with his youth leadership group on
Facebook called the New Nigeria Agenda
as he uses the platform to disseminate information to the NIGERIAN
Youths with massive followership
He was part of the youths that raised their voice for Moses
to be released and also engaged on an online protest for Ken Saro wiwa as
organized by Amnesty International and to the Glory of God he has also Built an
Orphanage home in the City of Lugbe in Abuja where he takes care of displaced
children.
