According to WHO in 1948, it defined health as a state of COMPLETE PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SOCIAL WELL BEING of an individual and NOT MERELY THE ABSENCE OF DISEASES AND INFIRMITIES.
With this, it will be correct to say that NO ONE is in a perfect state of health because it seems UN-achievable.
BUT notwithstanding, having or maintaining a good health makes life pleasant and enjoyable.
Though we may not be 100% healthy all the time, there are still ways you could maintain your health and prevent illness, and these are achieved by adopting positive lifestyles and wading off negative ones including hideous traditional/spiritual beliefs.
Health they say is wealth, but I also say that optimum health plus a little wealth is the best because your total well-being is affected when we are deficient of one or two necessities of life which can invariably lead to a disequilibrium in the health scale.
It is also alarming when you hear people spend dizzying amount of money on DRUGS which is even a silent killer.
