Lady Gaga cried as she won her first Golden Globes awards.

On Sunday, January 10, American stars shone at the 73rd annual Golden Globe Awards held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, in Beverly Hills, California.

The awards ceremony featured a hosted of talented Hollywood stars on the red carpet and on stage.
E! Online, reports that there were several big wins of the night. The movie The Revenant bagged awards for Best Picture, Drama, Director and lead actor Leonardo DiCaprio won Best Actor for a motion picture in a drama.
Lady Gaga cried as she won her first Golden Globes awards. Matt Damon also earned high praise for his role in the movie The Martian which also bagged an award for Best Picture in a comedy movie.
The event was hosted by comedian Ricky Gervais.
